I am immensely proud to be Headteacher at Baginton Fields Academy. Our community is one built upon our core vision of being "dedicated to delivering inspirational learning experiences". As a broad spectrum special school, we provide for students aged 11-19 with a diverse range of special educational needs. We have high aspirations for every child and are focussed on using holistic approaches to education in order to prepare them for life after Baginton Fields.
We are passionate about working in partnership with parents and carers to support all families within our community in working together to improve the outcomes and opportunities for our students. By working together in collaboration and support, we are able to develop students' skills both at school and at home.

We offer a curriculum tailored to the broad range of needs present within our school, combining this with a personalised approach that recognises progress in all its forms. Whether this is academic achievement, communication development, emotional wellbeing, or life skills, we celebrate every success and work hard to ensure learning is meaningful and relevant. Our aim is to prepare pupils not only for the next stage of their education, but for life beyond school.
Our dedicated staff team are skilled, compassionate, and committed to continuous professional development. They work closely together, and with other professionals where appropriate, to provide the best possible support for our pupils.
